Founding Member of the Leonhard Seppala House Project, serves as Secretary/Treasurer of the Leonhard Seppala House Project. She and Urtha created the Foundation.

Martha worked as Executive Admin for the University of Alaska Anchorage and Fairbanks. Formerly an Executive Admin for NAC, an Iditarod volunteer for many years, Martha was a Board Member and Official Photographer for the Norman Vaughan Serum Run. She is presently a volunteer at LifeWay Thrift Shop in Chambersburg PA. Martha now resides in Pennsylvania, 25 miles west of Gettysburg.
